11755 Wilshire is a building repositioning project within an existing high rise in Los Angeles. This project remodeled the lobby and one level of a parking garage into a tenant amenities center and gym. The ground floor improvements include a lobby, flexible workspace, a conference room and a landscaped patio serving a future café. In addition, the façade at the street level has been re-imagined to include a series of large green walls punctuated by precast concrete panels. On the seventh level, a portion of the parking garage has been converted into a gym and exterior exercise area.
