Laboratory and Office
Building X is a 450,000 square foot headquarters for META Reality Labs a division
of the company conducting research on perception, augmented, and virtual reality. The building sits on a heavily forested nine acre steeply slopped site that includes protected
wetlands. For this fast track delivery process I coordinated entitlements, civil engineering
and landscape design including a 13,000 sqft roof garden and 100 foot span pedestrian
bridge. I also participated in detailing the exterior enclosure, waterproofing and high security components.
